Guide me what should i opt further to make my future bright in education as well as in job?

i have completed my graduation in 2009 in B.Pharmacy ,and opted for MBA(HR) distance learning which m about to complete this year 2011,and also done diploma in finance and accounts(DFAA) going to complete in may 2011 .I have choosen DFAA just to p my mba finance related books.now i want to be lecturer ,but my qualification profile differs alot.but i have interest in science subjects to be a lecturer or i want to be in admin job........m now totally confused ........that now should i go for M.PHARMACY to be professor or any other linked profession to my qualification???????? or go for a job but in which stream????????????????
