Shingles have you had them?

I had then when I was younger after I had chicken pox for the second time I know how you must be feeling. Mine started on my chest and pretty much made its way around my side over my back and around the other side again and under my arms which made doing some things unbearable and so hard not to scratch!!! Since I had them I know I can resist any type of itch as nothing was as itchy as having shingles! I can't remember how long I had them for but I remember being off school for a while which was good in some ways and very bad in others as I spent most of my time sitting on my hands to stop myself from scratching :).
