Is Finnish the hardest language to learn in Europe?

I would say Basque (spoken in Spain, pais vasco) is even harder being a completely isolated language, Finnish has some relatives in Europe like Hungarian and Estonian which are also of Uralic roots, so for them it would be a lot easier, and yeah the slavic languages like Slovenian, Polish or Russian also arent a piece of cake, but they are easy to learn for eastern europeans. .
