Possible Flu of Infection?

My body temperature is 95.4,sneezing ,dry cough along with chest pain,headaches,nausea, cough green and bloody phlegm through nose and mouth. What could possibly be wrong? I have taking nyquil and some other meds. but it only gives me temporary relief. Should i go see a doctor?
