Can Obama save the world and especially Tonga?

I read 2 years ago at National Geographic about Tonga, a country in the Pacific. It still suffers from monarchy. Barrack Obama must do something! Liberate Tonga NOW! What on earth do we need Obama if he cannot save this small country how will he save the US? I haven't been in Tonga, not have I met any Tongas. Still I believe this is a matter of world security. Obama do something!! Now! Tonga is in danger! Go visit! Please tell me how can I convince Obama to save Tonga and consequently all humans???Thanks.
