How possible would it be for someone to meet their idol in real life?

My Dad is in bad shape and he's on oxygen.He has major heart problems and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it would be possible for him to meet anyone he really likes like dolly Parton or Clint Eastwood in person.Or maybe Billy Graham.He really likes these people.I'd like to do my best to try to make it happen.Thanks for any help.
