I am gonna call a girl I never met before, any suggestions?

If you call from your cell phone, and it starts getting quiet, tell her someone is calling on the other end and to hold on...THen mute your phone for however long you desire (not too long), and then unmute it and say that (insert somebody important's name here) is calling and that you will call her back. lol
