I love Lauren conrads hair but what do I say to the hairdresser?

I really want my hair like Lauren Conrad!!!!!! I currently have a full fringe and my hair is straight so I don't know if it will look good so what do I say to the hairdresser when I go to get it cut and what highlight colours do I get my hair is sorta he same colour as hers but not as golen PLEASE HELP!!!
