My little lady wants to sit in the front but i perfer to keep her in a booster seat. who is right?

she is just 11. she wants to sit in the fornt but i perfer her to stay in a booser seat till she is 13 in the back. its just safer. she is my little lady. the fireman says she is big enough at 230 pounds to sit up front, but i feel her safer in the back in a booster. who do you see to be right?
