PLEASE HELP! Pain in chest when I eat or drink?

It could be that you have burned your esophagus from frequent or severe heart burn. I had a friend once who took a pill that disolved in her esophagus instead of her stomach which caused her to have severe burning also. Either way...it has gone on for too long. You need to ge to an Emergency Department of the nearest hospital or to a minor emergency clinic. Something like Pepcid Complete may help but it may take a few days. The doctor can give you some medicine to numb it so you can eat and drink while it is healing
