What should I do about My cat?

I've had my cat Babish since she was 2 mos old( so she imprinted on me). She is my little baby, and she knows it. Throughout her life she has been destroying electric cords and peeing on my roommates brand new furniture, and even on her temperpedic mattress! She has costed me lots of money to replace phone chargers, and other electronic items, as well as pet odor remover products. I love her to death, but I am getting sick and tired of this. I have given her toys to chew on, and clean her litter daily! Why is she doing this, and how can i stop it, or should i just give her away?
