Do you individually believe that freedom of speech should be banned?

Absolutely not! What good would come from banning freedom of speech, except to save others offense? One of the great things about freedom of speech is that it comes with freedom of listening, or rather, freedom to ignore. Of course it's better if one uses civil language to express one's self, others are apt to listen and consider the speaker's message if vulgarity isn't used. But not everyone is offended by vulgarity; some appreciate the nuance it adds to a message because some messages are inherently vulgar. Vulgarity is part of life.
