Do you think my school's new innovation will actually help stop bullying?

wow it sounds like a great idea, the thing is that the box would have to be checked on a regular basis and the bully dealt with in some way. I think building a culture at the school where everyone knows bullying is very harmful to the victim and not acceptable. Having children stick up for each other and making it clear to the bully that its not right to pick on others.
