Hello, quite a while ago after masturbating and stupidly not washing afterwards, ( i know its disgusting i was stupid) the next day i had white stuff all over my head, dried *** i presume. Without really thinking about it i panicked and tried to scratch all the white stuff off, which was very stupid i scratched my head very harshly. After the skin had healed my head was very wrinkly, now if i leave it alone and do not masturbate for a few days my head looks quite normal, but everytime i masturbate my head afterwards looks very wrinkly and discoloured, is there anyway to try and stop this and try to get rid of these excess wrinkles caused by the scratching or will this problem now plague me forever :(? Also, im a virgin and am now terrified of what girls may think
