My Tv has A problem Theres a Green spot in it..?

Okk I was wondering is it okk to have a Laptop next to a Tv? Cuz My tv is now having some issues.. Okk Theres this Green Spot now on it.. Does some one know how to get Rid of it Or do I need to move my laptop some were else not close to my tv before it get ruined.. Please help me is My laptop harming my Tv thats why Theres a Green spot in it? Ugh! How can i fix it Please Answer my Question as soon as possible thanks
